Making my future or having the present?

It's a strange world....
Two new friends that she met , they are both great to the extreme....Such a different world from what she and her friends live in!
one of these two friends is living his life in every moment! Living it and loving it seeing the beauty in every creature, nature, human.... Such a passion in his eyes, the passion is in the moment....No real and clear future, at least from her point of view this natural talented little guy hasn't done much effort for the future. Living unlimited in the present.
the other guy, all he does is working nonstop to get a bright lovely future. From 24 hours per day he takes 25 hours for working, learning and analyzing what he knows till now. Such a talented boy! But no real present everything he does is try to make his dreams come true.
and I wonder,
could it be possible that god put these interesting human being in front of her so that she could try to keep her balance. Enjoy ur present but don't forget the future! Seeing this great friends every day so that she can keep in mind: " how should I live".
But I wonder,
Making the future! If u work nonstop to make ur future don't u get use to that and never realize that this future has arrived and now is time to enjoy it.... Do u ever learn to enjoy ur present?When u get what u wanted can u enjoy it or u'll start making new dreams and future?
living the present! If u have no future, can u always enjoy your present?Can u keep up with this passion when u know there is no bright future? Or as the future arrives that is again ur present and u will enjoy it? What is the point of making ur future? To be able to live it and enjoy it, but what if u already enjoy and live it?
and I wonder....
